“教育部在推进下一步课程改革的计划中明确提出要把综合素质纳入对学生的评价中,强调形成性评价在中考和高考中的比例。但是,受限于诸多难以解决的问题,如时间、人工、评价者培训、组织工作、效度、信度等等,这样的理念依靠人工很难实现。目前我国尚没有比较成熟的解决方案,尤其是口语和听力方面,缺乏既实用又可靠的工具。TBEST测试系统从达意度、准确度、流利度和深度四个纬度评定学生从简单到复杂的口头语言运用熟练程度,可以说弥补了这方面的空白。随着现代教育技术的普及,相信口语测试系统可以逐步替代人工评价,解决大面积口语测试靠人工评价难以实现的目标。”
